Demo - Instructions
First, you start the client module on one of your PCs. The client module can be downloaded free of charge from this website. The software does not have to be installed. An encrypted connection to the EasyRemoteSupport server will now be opened and a session ID generated. This number will be displayed. (Fig. 1)

Now you start the support module on your computer and log in with username

. Now enter the session ID generated at the client module into the “Session ID“ field. Optionally, a connection description can be entered into the “Client description“ field. (Fig. 2) Now start the connection by clicking the “Connect“ button.

The security inquiry will now be displayed for confirmation. (Fig. 3)

If you successfully agrees, the desktop of the client computer will be displayed in a new window. Whether the full access was granted or not is shown in the title bar of the remote maintenance window. (Fig. 4)

By using the maximizing button the display also can be extended to the maximum of your screen (Fig. 5).

For adapting the outline to the size of the RemoteSupport window use the stretch button (Fig. 6).

With the button “settings“ (Fig. 7) the display settings can be changed. The background picture can be removed from the customer computer for speed reasons here, but will be displayed again automatically after completing the session.

If full access has been permitted, the function of the data transfers is also available (Fig.8). File and data transfer are possible between your computer and the client computer and v.v.
