concurrently? |

Answer: In the support module, you can create as many users as you like. All users
can use the EasyRemoteSupport software concurrently. The only limitation results
from the available credit which is recharged every month automaticly. |

Question: What are the minimum requirements for EasyRemoteSupport? |

Answer: Windows 98, 98 SE, NT 4.0, 2000, XP, or 2003 has to be installed on your
computer and on the computer to be remote-maintained. Both computers must have access
to the internet. |

Question: Do I have change my firewall settings? |
|
| |
Answer: No, normally no changes are required. EasyRemoteSupport uses IP port 443 for establishing outgoing connections. No modifications are necessary, even if you or your counterpart use a proxy server.

Question: Can I change the file names of the two programs? |

Answer: Yes, the name is irrelevant for the function of the software.

Question: Can I provide the EasyRemoteSupport software for
download on my own website? |

Answer: Yes, it is recommended though, that the download links be interlinked with
the
files of the EasyRemoteSupport server. This guarantees that always the
most current version is used.

I cannot modify any settings? |

Answer: Your user account does not have any administrator‘s rights. Ask your responsible
contact person who has created your user account.

transfer data nor navigate the mouse or control the keyboard. |
