The EasyRemoteSupport software serves as an aid for high-speed and easy lT support without the necessity to have physical access to the defective computer. You can watch the Windows desktop, control the keyboard, navigate the mouse from the distance and transfer files between the two computers. An internet connection is the only minimum requirement for working with the software.

Basically, the system consists of three components: The client module (the software component on your customer's computer), the support module (the software component on your computer) and the EasyRemoteSupport Management servers (the hardware and software connecting the two above mentioned modules). (Fig. 1)

  All data are always transmitted with a 256 bit encryption key. The software is available for free download at www.easyremotesupport.com. By entering “demo” as user name and password, a free and timely limited version can be started and tested.
