By means of the connection protocol, you can see which user when started a remote maintenance connection whereto. Administrators can start it by clicking on "Connection protocol" in the "Maintenance" menu. (Fig. 29)

  The window of the connection protocol appears. (Fig. 30) Here all remote maintenance connections are shown. They can be filtered by date and sorted according to various criteria. You can read who has when established a connection and whereto. The red and green dots in the first column give information whether the connection was a chargeable one (red) or a free one (green). At the first connection to a computer where a problem is to be solved, one support case will be deducted from the credit (red) and logged. From this time, the target computer can be reached for one hour by any registered user free of charge.
