The number of users concurrently using the software is unlimited. The use of the EasyRemoteSupport software will be charged per support case. First a credit covering several support cases has to be purchased. When the first connection is established with the PC where the problem is to be solved, the charge for one support case will be deducted from the respective credit and logged. As of this time, the same target computer can be contacted by any of your registered users for one hour free of charge. If this one hour is exceeded, another support case will be deducted from your credit. The current credit level can be checked any time via the "Credit" item in the “Maintenance“ menu.   The "Credit" dialog appears. (Fig. 16) Here, the current status of purchased packages can be checked. Credit value can be added via the website www.easyremotesupport.com at currently valid tariffs.
