First, your customer starts the client module. The client module can be downloaded free of charge
from the website www.easyremotesupport.com. The software does not have to be installed.
Your customer does not need to have administrator rights under Windows! An encrypted connection to the EasyRemoteSupport server will now be opened and a session ID generated. This number will be displayed to the customer. (Fig.

Now you start the support module on your computer and log in with your log-in
data.
Now enter the session ID generated at the client module into the "Session ID" field.
Optionally, a connection description can be entered into the "Client description"
field. This serves for later identification of this connection
in the connection protocol. (Fig. 18) Now start the connection by clicking the "Connect" button. |

The security inquiry will now be displayed to your customer for confirmation. (Fig.
19) Your name,
your group/company
name and your logo will be included herein. Your
customer has now one minute to permit you full access, read-only, or no access. |

lf your customer successfully agrees, the desktop of the customer's computer will
be displayed
in a new window. Whether the full access was granted or not is shown in the title bar of the remote maintenance window. (Fig. 20) Your customer may at
any time interrupt the remote access by pressing
the "Break" key. The customer is
at any time alerted to the active remote maintenance connection and the termination
possibility by a corresponding note. (Fig. 21) |

By using the maximizing
button the display also can be extended to the maximum of your screen. (Fig. 22) |

For adapting the outline to the size of the remote maintenance window use the stretch

With the "Settings" button (Fig. 24), the display settings can
be changed. Here
the background picture can be removed from the customer computer for speed reasons,
but will be displayed again automatically after completing the session. |

If full access has been permitted, the data transfer function is also available.
(Fig. 25) File and data transfer is possible between your and your customer‘s computers
and vice versa. |
