The use of EasyRemoteSupport is charged by support case. First a EasyRemoteSupport
package has to be purchased. From this time you you can dispose of the bought points.
At each connection one support case will
be deducted from this credit and logged. As of this time, the same target computer can be contacted by any of your registered users for one hour free
of charge. If
this one hour is exceeded, another support case will be deducted from your credit.

All packages include the personalization function. The number of users who, even concurrently, can work with it is not limited. After successful payment your package
will be activated immediately.
Please note that the charges are listed without tax. VAT may
therefore
